About my Needle felted creations
Needle felting is a technique whereby unspun wool is formed into shape by pushing a sharp barbed needle in to it. The tiny barbs catch the tiny fibers and mesh them together.
Each one of a kind Bear or Animal can take anything from 8 to 35 hours to finish depending on the size and complexity.
I use the finest wools and silks and pride myself on attention to detail All bear sand friends are supplied with a certificate of OOAK authenticity signed by Me.
The Wools I use are from a professional and very passionate hand spinner, freestyle hand dyer and fiber artist. She works mainly with natural pure animal, silk and vegetable fibers, and uses non toxic dyes and mordants for her designs to protect our environment. See link Directory for a link to her site.
